Our Step-By-Step Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Step 2: Free In-Home Consultation
We bring the showroom to you! During this no-obligation consultation, an expert designer comes to your home with product guides and material samples. We’ll go over customization options, design layout ideas, budget, and more.
You’ll also pick your specs and materials, and we’ll take measurements, note your belongings, and recommend design possibilities based on your current space. From this step onward, one designer will be your convenient point of contact for the whole project.
Step 3: Creating Your Custom Design
Once we’ve established your desired layout, we’ll work on your custom design and pricing proposal. For custom closets and storage solutions, we’ll send you a unique proposal within 2 days.
This includes an easy-to-read cost breakdown with suggestions you can simply accept or decline. For closets and storage spaces, we’ll also send you a 3D rendering to help you visualize your customized design. From here, we can discuss potential revisions and changes. This is also when you can make your final decision on if you’d like to move forward with us.
We put a lot of thought into our design process, and this is where our decades of experience shine through. We take a lot of pride in creating attractive and efficient designs that maximize your space.
Step 4: Manufacture & Install
After you’ve signed off on your final closet or storage designs, we’ll begin to manufacture your custom pieces. We manufacture our unique products right here in Chicago, and this phase typically takes 2-4 weeks.
For window treatments, we offer both Hunter Douglas and Norman Window Fashions for every style preference and budget. Our window treatments are typically ready to install right away.
When your design is ready to go, we’ll install your custom design in-house. Most projects are completed in one day but may take longer depending on the scope of the project. After our installation, you’re able to enjoy your new-and-improved home!

Our office and workshop is located in Chicago, Illinois. We offer services in the city, surrounding areas, and beyond. We service counties including Lake, McHenry, Kane, DuPage, Cook, Kendall, Will, Grundy and Kankakee counties.
